Reshetar Custom Homes, Inc. is a family owned company that specializes in the design of unique communities composed of custom homes. Reshetar Custom Homes entered the custom home building industry in 1979. Since then, two brothers along with their sons and daughters operate a custom home building company centered in Doylestown, Bucks County. They have created a portfolio of custom homes reflective of the distinct wants and needs of each buyer. "We really strive to build out homes with features that matter most to our clients, while keeping their health and operating cost in mind" says Shawn Reshetar, President.

They have taken the step forward in Green Building. Homes have a severe impact on a homeowner’s heath, comfort, economy and natural environment. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency states that indoor air pollution levels may be 2 to 5 times higher and sometimes 100 higher, than outdoor levels. Reshetar’s objective is to provide a high quality of indoor air, provide energy efficient products to cut the cost of the monthly operating bills, and to preserve the environment. Reshetar Homes will have a dual certification from Energy Star and HBA Keystone Green Building Initiative. They also produce green additions and renovations, or a green home on your own lot.
